2. I didn't keep my receipt, can I still enter?

Proof of Purchase is required for entry to this promotion. Please contact the store at which you made your eligible purchase and they may be able to reissue a receipt for you.


3. When will the winner be contacted?

Entries will be notified instantly upon submission if they have provisionally won a prize, or if they were unsuccessful this time. Once your entry has been validated, you will recieve an email confirming your win and including a link to redeem your gift card. In the event that you've provisionally won a prize, but we are unable to confirm that your entry is valid, we will contact you via email.


4. What does it mean if I “Provisionally Win”?

A "Provisional Win" means you've entered the competition during the Winning Moment and have won a prize, subject to validation of your entry. This is to ensure that you have shared all of the information we need, and that we can verify your Proof of Purchase. In the event that you provisionally win a prize, but we are unable to confirm that your entry is valid, we will contact you.

Entries close on December 12th, 2023 at 11:59PM AEDT.


6. Am I allowed to enter more than once?

Yes, you can enter multiple times throughout the promotional period, but you can only enter once per day. Each entry must be for a unique transaction and you must have proof of purchase.

8. Am I eligble to enter?

Entry is open to Australian residents aged over 18 years. To enter the Promotion, the entrant must purchase any Fussy Cat product from a Woolworths Supermarket within Australia and have Proof of Purchase.

We understand life can get busy and admin tasks like this can be forgotten about. In line with our competition terms and conditions, we’re unable to accept any entries after our competition closing date of 12th December 2023 at 11:59PM AEDT.
